Thank you for shopping with Glam Body Candy! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Our primary warehouse is located in El Monte, California, ensuring prompt delivery for our customers.

1. Shipping Area & Restrictions

We proudly ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

  • USA: We ship from our U.S. warehouse located at 10423 Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 91731, USA.

  • Canada: We offer standard shipping to all provinces in Canada.

  • United Kingdom: We now offer standard shipping across the United Kingdom.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote U.S. territories and islands (including Alaska and Hawaii). Any orders placed with a shipping address in these locations will be canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing & Warehouse Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • Dual Warehouse System: Our main warehouse is in El Monte, California. To maintain a wide selection, we also utilize a secondary warehouse in Shenzhen, China. If an item is out of stock in California, we ship it directly from our international warehouse.

  • Customs and Duties: If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you will NOT be responsible for any customs fees or import duties. We handle all customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $29.00 (Delivery: 6-8 Business Days).

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $29.00, a flat rate of $4.90 applies (Delivery: 6-8 Business Days).

Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Order Tracking & Support

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to activate.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@glambodycandy.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
