Thank you for shopping with Glam Body Candy! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Our primary warehouse is located in El Monte, California, ensuring prompt delivery for our U.S. customers.

1. Shipping Area & Restrictions

We proudly ship from our U.S. warehouse located at 10423 Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 91731, USA.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other U.S. territories and remote islands. Any orders placed with a shipping address in these locations will be canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing & Warehouse Information

  • Processing Time

  •  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Dual Warehouse System

  •  Our main warehouse is in El Monte, California. To maintain a wide selection of products, we also utilize our secondary overseas warehouse located in Shenzhen, China. If an item is out of stock in our California warehouse, we will ship it directly from our Shenzhen warehouse to you.

  • Customs and Duties

  •  If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you will NOT be responsible for any customs fees or import duties. We handle all customs clearance procedures to ensure a smooth delivery to your door.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $29!

Delivery Time Estimates

  • For orders shipped from our California warehouse: You can typically expect delivery within 5-8 business days after the order has been processed.

  • For orders shipped from our international warehouse: You can typically expect delivery within 5-8 business days after the order has been processed.

The shipping origin for your order depends on stock availability. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and confirm the shipping origin.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at glambodycandy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
