Your satisfaction is our top priority at GlamBodyCandy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at glambodycandy@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at glambodycandy@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as described in our eligibility requirements.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
