Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Glam Body Candy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


2. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. How to Start a Return (USA, Canada & UK)

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@glambodycandy.com.

  • Return Address: 10423 Valley Blvd, El Monte, CA 91731, USA.

  • Instructions: Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: For "change of mind" or personal reasons, the cost of return shipping (including international shipping from Canada or the UK to the USA) is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Glam Body Candy will cover the return costs or provide a full replacement at no extra charge to you.


5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@glambodycandy.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


6. EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
